Shipping Policy
Global delivery for collectors worldwide.
Your order will be processed and shipped from our Chinese headquarters. The order will be processed within 2 working days after the purchase, but there may be delays during the promotion period and when new products are launched.
Delivery Times
- Standard international express delivery usually takes about 7–14 working days for international shipments.
- Remote areas require an additional 3–5 working days.
- All delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed.
Free Shipping
Spark Atelier offers free shipping services for international orders with a total amount exceeding $39 USD, with duties covered on qualifying shipments. For orders under $39, only an $8 USD shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
Order Requirements
For international orders, valid phone numbers and email addresses are required. Failure to provide this information may cause delays or even make it impossible for your order to be delivered. Please ensure that you provide this information accurately during the checkout process to avoid any problems.
Failed Delivery
In the event that an attempted delivery is not successful, and we are notified by the shipping company, we will attempt to contact the purchaser via email. If the purchaser still does not respond to either us or the shipping company within the holding timeframe specified by the shipper, the item will be returned.
Under circumstances where we have made every effort to ensure the delivery of an item, we will not offer a full refund or free re-shipping for the purchase. If the purchaser requires the item to be re-shipped, the shipping cost will be quoted and paid before re-shipping. If the purchaser requests a refund, once the item has been received and checked, the cost of the original shipping as well as a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the original paid amount before the remainder is refunded.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If an item has been shipped, the purchaser must contact us within 15 days of the shipment date. However, if you contact us after 30 days, we cannot guarantee refund or replacement unless you have proof from the shipper that the item was not delivered. Any refund or store credit will be at our discretion otherwise.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on your country. On qualifying orders over $39, we cover duties where stated at checkout. Otherwise, customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
